This Privacy Policy explains how Adam Grimes / MarketLife, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you use our websites, products, and services.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, and then delete or de‑identify it. Our current retention schedule:
- Account data: retained while the account is active, then 2 years after deletion for compliance and recordkeeping.
- Marketing data (email preferences, consent logs): retained until you unsubscribe, then 1 year.
- Order/transaction records: 7 years for tax, accounting, and fraud‑prevention obligations.
- Customer support correspondence: 2 years after case closure.
- Analytics/usage data: 24 months, then de‑identified or deleted.
(Periods may be extended where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements.)

We use TLS encryption and other technical and organizational measures (network segmentation, access controls, encryption at rest where applicable, logging/monitoring, least‑privilege access) to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; please use unique, strong passwords and enable available security controls.
